CellprediKt®
The CellprediKt® quick test can be used to document circulating tumour stem cells by real-time RT-PCR (reverse transcriptase-polymerase chain reaction). This unique test has been specifically developed in order to receive a yes/no response concerning the presence of tumour stem cells in the blood. For this, the cells are isolated from 10 ml EDTA whole blood and examined for the expression of Oct-3/4, c-Met and ZEB1.
